Westhill Welcomes Industry Expert Scott Kay to Senior Leadership Team

ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Westhill, the first end-to-end digital managed repair platform, continues to invest in growth with another addition to their Executive Leadership team. Scott Kay, formerly President at Modern Marketing Concepts, Inc., a transformational sales growth consultancy focused in the building products industry, joins as President and Chief Operating Officer. Scott brings 25+ years of experience developing and implementing successful go-to-market and operations strategies within industries related to the managed repair market.

With direct experience ranging from Fortune 100 companies to accelerated start-ups, Scott will help Westhill focus on driving long term growth while achieving scalable operational excellence. He joins the team at an important inflection point in the business, to continue building a world-class contractor network and customer experience. Responsible for P&L ownership and growth management in his prior role, he cultivated relationships and developed internal talent to support growth from 5 employees to over 300.

Westhill connects insurance carriers, policyholders and contractors by digitizing workflows, providing transparency, and facilitating seamless communication. Westhill leverages smart technology to provide an improved customer experience with the ability to manage all facets of the restoration process within one platform. Related to Westhill, Scott’s experience includes his role as part of the founding team at Motili, a digitally focused managed repair solution for HVAC projects that was purchased by Goodman Manufacturing and Daikin Industries, Ltd. After building a robust network of contractors and effective sales strategy for Motili, Scott played an instrumental role in scaling the business to more than $125 million of managed repair services annually. These skills will prove to be invaluable for Westhill, as the company focuses on continuing their leadership in providing a digital customer experience and expanding their network of participating carriers and contractors.
